Order was eventaully received but you didn't address it correctly so I had to use teh Fedex tracking number to contact Fedex and arrange to pick up the shipment. When you addressed the parcel, you used my street type (Court) as my surname and you didnt include my street address at all. You just addressed it to my suburb and postcode. Fedex had no way of knowing who was the recipient or what street address to deliver to. I think you need to revise the Shipping Address section of your web form so that it captures correctly the shipping address and the customer surname.
