I have nothing but positive feedback about my most recent order, which not only arrived in a very timely fashion but contained the substitutions I requested. Although I have not yet checked all the items, I did find one DVD with a scratch on it. I tried to play it and it froze after about 11-12 minutes and jumped ahead about 2-3 minutes.
